Outsourcing guide for photographers.
1. complete the contact form
Before I can begin editing for you. I need to learn more about your style of editing. I choose to work with only a handful of photographers a year. Being part of their team. I do not offer one off edits.
2. On-boarding
All in one central location within the client portal. I will get to know about your editing style. Within the client portal we share links to galleries, invoices, questionnaires, invoices and the contract.
3. Upload your gallery
Never outsourced before? I’ve got you. I have step by step instructions on how easy it is to prepare your gallery and send them off to be edited.
4. Download
You will be notified via email with a link to your edited gallery.
STEP 2 ON-BOARDING.
All within one central location using a Notion. Notion is free and simple to use. The client portal is the main hub that we both use to manage your outsourcing. We use this space to share links to galleries, access invoices, send messages, describe your editing style . No back and forth looking for emails.
Once you have joined Notion provide the email that you have used to created the account. Nina will then send a request to add the Client Portal to your Notion.
Prepping RAW files to send via Wetransfer for Photoshop editing.
- Please make sure all files have a unique name.
- If you need to rename the files do so before submitting to be edited
- Label the sample edits Green
- Add the images required to be edited to a folder and name the folder.
- Send via Wetransfer.
- Once images have been sent you will receive a link. Add the link into the Client Portal and tag Nina.
How to add your Wetransfer Link to the client portal.
- Once the images have been sent via Wetransfer.
- Copy the transfer link.
- Paste the link in the Galleries Table with the Gallery Reference Name.
- You have 2 options. Either send a new message via the client portal or tag Nina in the Galleries Table.

The Editing Process.
- Send the gallery of images that required editing. To notify Nina of the new gallery sent,simply tag Nina in the galleries table.
- Accept the quote. You will find the quote price in the Galleries Table.
- E-sign the Contract. Sent via Email.
- Pay the deposit. 25% of the quoted price.
- You will be notified via a email with a link to your edited gallery.
- If revisions are required please notify within 24 hours from your edited gallery. 2 revisions per gallery.
- Full payment is to be made within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Invoice details will be added to the client portal and emailed.
